Responsible for state-wide programming efforts in over 25 different project areas, including citizenship, dairy production, computers, shooting sports, dog care and training, and natural resources. Coordinates out-of-state award trips and works with regional programming efforts, including Clover University, Camp Bob Marshall, Western Junior and Tri-State Leader's Forum. Current special topics include the Pine Ridge Youth Center grant and CHARACTER COUNTS!sm
