Dr. Roger Gates

Range Management. 60% extension, 40% research.

Responsible for state-wide programming in range extension.. Works in direct support of Educators and producers on management issues including grazing systems, renovation, and monitoring. Maintains active youth range education program for ages 8 through 18.  Research involves range vegetation utilization as a component of integrated livestock production.
